1. Manufacturing Process:

2. Physical Properties:

BOPP Film Material: BOPP film material possesses high transparency, stretchability, and tear resistance due to its biaxial stretching process. It is suitable for applications that demand high transparency, stretchability, and tear resistance.

CPP Film Material: Due to uniaxial stretching, CPP film material may have slightly lower transparency compared to BOPP, but it exhibits better properties in terms of longitudinal stretchability and tear resistance.

BOPP Film Material: BOPP film material often has poorer heat sealing performance and may require the addition of heat-sealing coatings during manufacturing.

CPP Film Material: Due to its uniaxial stretching, CPP film material usually demonstrates good heat sealing properties without the need for additional coatings.

5. Film Characteristics:

BOPP Film Material: BOPP film material is generally thin, and in certain specialized applications, thickness may need to be increased.

CPP Film Material: CPP film material is relatively thicker and commonly exhibits better moisture barrier properties.
